Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once an order is confirmed via phone or WhatsApp, it is dispatched from our warehouse/fulfillment center.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer delivery across Pakistan.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days depending on your city and location.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress on our courier partner’s portal.

4. Delivery Process & Attempts

  • Our courier partners usually make 2 to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel.

  • Please ensure your provided phone number is active so the rider can contact you for coordination.

  • In case of a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect address or no response, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find items missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (saeedahmadrajput302@gmail.com or Whats App 03710340243) with photos of the parcel and the invoice.

Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Items on sale or personalized products may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • Photos or a short video of the damaged product.

  • A photo of the shipping label (Invoice) attached to the parcel.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the item was damaged or wrong).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.

5. Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to our designated return address (which will be provided upon request). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
